As Director of Operations for Reef Private Equity, Justin Belliveau oversees the entitlement, design, construction, and stabilization of private equity real estate projects located throughout the United States. After graduating from Boston College in 1998, he began his career as an investment banking analyst for KPMG in Boston before relocating to Utah to pursue additional education opportunities. After graduating from the University of Utah with both a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Belliveau returned to Massachusetts to work as a director of development for a boutique development firm. He later decided to return to Utah and joined Salt Lake City Government where he was named Chief Administration officer for the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City. He managed the redevelopment agency’s operations and redevelopment projects for several years before joining Reef Private Equity in 2021. Mr. Belliveau holds multiple degrees, including a B.A. in History from Boston College, and both a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Utah.
