Reef Private Equity seeks investment opportunities where our operating expertise and asset management efforts can solve complex situations and improve fundamental value. Typically, this means investing in situations where Reef has a competitive advantage and can leverage economies of scale with its other investments. At the same time, Reef Private Equity typically avoids investments where the value creation thesis is based solely on future macroeconomic trends. 

Our strategy is to take a hands-on approach at each project stage.  Reef Private Equity has a real estate development team with broad experience, including planning, design, entitlements, construction management, and even marketing and sales.
